Our board provides independent oversight of Trinity Academic's mission, finances, and strategic direction.
The board meets quarterly and includes three voting members serving three-year terms.

Founder & President
Peter leads Trinity Academic and provides executive management.
Steve McClymont
Co-Founder & CFO
Steve manages finances, accounting and outside technology-related projects.
Janet Petersen
Data, and Accounting
Janet handles data and accounting for Trinity Academic.
Committees
Committees are staffed by our board members and select advisors, with capacity growing alongside our board.
Academic Resources & Technology
This committee oversees the strategic resources that support our academic partners — including technology infrastructure, digital learning tools, and academic content — ensuring each partner institution has what it needs to deliver theological education effectively.
Academic Advancement
This committee guides the growth and development of Trinity Academic's academic programs, evaluating new partnership opportunities, program expansion (including GCAT), and the academic quality of our theological education initiatives.
Finance & Audit
This committee oversees financial policy, budgeting, and audit review, ensuring Trinity Academic's financial practices meet the standards of accountability our partners and funders expect.
